ANOTHER WEEK IS UPON US AND THE 12.2 CROSSFIT GAMES OPEN SECTIONALS WOD HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED. YAY.
THIS IS PRETTY DEVISTATING. I'VE GOT TO ADMIT THAT I AM NOT COMPLETELY COMFORTABLE WITH HAVING NEWER CLIENTS FATIGUE THEIR REAR DELTOIDS AND POSTERIOR CHAIN VIA HIGH REPETITIONS AND THEN ADDING WEIGHT TO THE BAR TO DO MORE. AS A RESULT, THOSE OF YOU WHO ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE OPEN SECTIONALS COMPETITION WILL BE PERFORMING A MORE CONSISTENT WOD AT A LIGHTER AND CONSTANT WEIGHT.
