100 KETTLEBELL SWINGS FOR TIME
EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE, STOP KETTLEBELL SWINGS AND PERFORM 7 BURPEES
THEN... REST AND...
RUN AS FAR AS POSSIBLE IN 10 MINUTES...
PLAIN AND SIMPLE. THIS IS PROBABLY GONNA SUCK.
