021512 WOD THURSDAY

HOPE EVERYBODY GOT TO ATTACK SOME WEAKNESSES AT THE OPEN GYM YESTERDAY. HERE'S WHAT WE'VE GOT IN STORE FOR TODAY...

SKILL:

DOUBLE UNDERS

3 SETS OF AS MANY UNBROKEN DOUBLE UNDERS AS POSSIBLE

SETS OF LESS THAN 10 DO NOT COUNT

POST HIGHEST SET TO THE BOARD

STRENGTH:

1) BACK SQUAT FOR THE FOLLOWING SETS 15-3-10-2-5-1

2) WEIGHTED RING DIPS 4 X 10
