CONCENTRATE ON LIGHT STRENGTH THAT'LL RELEASE POSITIVE HORMONES LIKE 4X10 OF A,B,C,D... ALSO, TUNE UP THOSE SKILLS THAT'LL BE NEEDED LIKE YOUR BUTTERFLY/KIPPING PULLUP, DOUBLE UNDERS, AND SNATCH.

I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT ANOTHER HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF SOME OF OUR CROSSFIT GROTON BOYS... BEN CONSTANT, KIRK BAILEY (MY BEASTLY COUSIN), AND SAM CASEY WILL BE HEADED TO JERSEY SATURDAY TO COMPETE WITH NEW LONDON RUGBY IN THE RUGBY PLAYOFFS! THIS JUST A FEW WEEKS AFTER WINNING THE NEW ENGLAND DIVISION CHAMPIONSHIPS. JUST AS IMPRESSIVE WAS THE FACT THAT THESE GUYS WENT 7-0 ON THE SEASON. THIS MORNING'S TRAINING CHRIS JONES ALSO HAD AN INCREDIBLE SEASON WITH EASTERN CT RUGBY AND FINISHED THE SEASON WITH A BIG WIN AGAINST TRINITY. CONGRATS BOYS!
