IF YOU CANNOT DO MUSCLE UPS, TRY THE FOLLOWING MODIFICATIONS

10 PULLUPS + 10 RING DIPS = 10 MUSCLE UPS
10 SUPINE RING ROWS + 10 BOX DIPS = 10 MUSCLE UPS
