"CROSSFIT TOTAL"

A WARMUP SET OF EACH FOLLOWED BY 3 ATTEMPTS TO ESTABLISH YOUR 1 REP MAX

BACK SQUAT, 1 REP MAX
PRESS, 1 REP MAX
DEADLIFT, 1 REP MAX

POST WEIGHTS TO THE BOARD

TRAINERS WILL BE REVIEWING TECHNIQUE, STANDARDS, AND SAFETY MEASURES PRIOR TO PERFORMING THIS WOD.

THE LANTERN HILL RUN IS ON REGARDLESS OF THE WEATHER. THAT'S ALL PART OF THE FUN. MEET EITHER AT THE BOX AT 3:30P SHARP OR AT LANTERN HILL AT 4:00P. SHOULD BE A BLAST.
