010912 WOD MONDAY

JUST A REMINDER, A 6:45P CLASS HAS BEEN ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE FOR MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND THURSDAY THIS WEEK.

WE'VE GOT QUITE A FEW NEWCOMERS TO THE CROSSFIT GROTON FAMILY, PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELVES WHEN YOU SEE A NEW FACE AND BE SURE TO HELP THEM THROUGH THE ROPES WITH THE TRAINERS.

IT WAS A ROUGH WEEKEND SO TODAY'S WOD WILL BE STRICTLY STRENGTH. ANYONE WHO'S BEEN HERE FOR A GOOD WHILE CAN RECALL THE DAYS OF DYNAMIC SQUATTING.

STRENGTH:

1) HIP EXTENSIONS 3X10

2) HEAVY KETTLEBELL SWINGS TO EYE LEVEL MAINTAINING IMMACULATE FORM 3X5

3) BACK SQUAT

     3-3-3-3-3-3-3
