011412 WOD SATURDAY

HOPE EVERYONE ENJOYED THEIR 1 MILE RUN YESTERDAY. SOME BADASS TIMES CONSIDERING THE TEMPERATURE FLUCTUATIONS. BLUFF POINT WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. I WANNA THANK JAY ERBAN FOR COMING OUT AND LEADING A GREAT CREW WITH ME. HIS LEADERSHIP AS AN LT. WITH WARWICK FIRE REALLY SHINES IN SITUATIONS SUCH AS THAT. THE WAVES WERE CRAZY AND DESPITE 30 DEGREE TEMPS AND 30 MILE AN HOUR WINDS, WE CRUSHED THAT RUN. IT WON'T BE THE LAST...
