WELL, THAT WAS CERTAINLY SOME FUN TABATA WORK YESTERDAY. GLAD EVERYONE WAS EXPOSED TO THE EVER-SO-FUN SOTS PRESS.

I'VE WORKED UP SOMETHING EVEN MORE SPECIAL FOR YOU TODAY... IT'S A RUNOFF OF A CROSSFIT FOOTBALL WOD THAT LOOKED JUICY

AGAIN, IF YOUR LEGS ARE BANGED UP FROM A WOD EARLIER THIS WEEK, TAKE A REST DAY.
