STRENGTH:

PERFORM 5 ROUNDS OF THE FOLLOWING:

2 PUSH PRESS
3 PUSH JERK
4 SPLIT JERK

FIND THE HEAVIEST WEIGHT POSSIBLE THAT YOU CAN PERFORM THIS WITH AND POST TO THE BOARD. REST 3 MINUTES BETWEEN ATTEMPTS.
