THOUGHT THIS WAS A PRETTY COOL SHOT OF THE 9AM CLASS. PULL 1, PULL 2, PULL 3. ALMOST LIKE I MEANT TO DO IT.
HERE'S IS THE DEAL FOR TODAY. GONNA CHANGE UP THE INITIAL METCON DUE TO THE IMPENDING RAIN. DON'T THINK ANYONE WANTS TO RUN 2 MILES IN THAT. SO HERE WE GO...
STRENGTH:
PERFORM 5 ROUNDS OF THE FOLLOWING:
1 PRESS
2 PUSH PRESS
3 PUSH JERK
4 SPLIT JERK
FIND THE HEAVIEST WEIGHT POSSIBLE THAT YOU CAN PERFORM THIS WITH AND POST TO THE BOARD. REST 3 MINUTES BETWEEN ATTEMPTS.
