HOPE EVERYONE ENJOYED THEIR HALLOWEEN AND DIDN'T EAT ALL THEIR KIDS' CANDY... PERSONALLY, I WENT TO TOWN ON SOME OF MY MOM'S BIRTHDAY CAKE SO DON'T FEEL BAD.

HERE'S THE WORKOUT OF THE DAY. I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT.

6 ROUNDS OF:

10 WALKING LUNGES WITH 135#/95# BARBELL ON YOUR BACK
5 SQUATS 135#/95#

REST AS MUCH AS YOU'D LIKE BETWEEN SETS

ROW 1000 METERS FOR ANY AND EACH FAILED SET

THEN...

PRESS 4X5 (USING APPROX. 75% OF YOUR 1 REP MAX)

PLEASE COME TO FAILURE ON THE LAST SET (AS MANY REPS AS POSSIBLE)
