Sup boys and girls... I have kept "Fight Gone Bad" posted for Saturday and Sunday because I really want everyone of my friends to bask in its glory... If you've already done it then we're looking for a 11 round progression into your 2 rep max of shoulder press today. If you haven't done FGB, let us help you with that.
