ABOVE IS A SHOT THAT I GOT FROM THE CROSSFIT FOOTBALL SITE OF THE "2ND PULL" IN A CLEAN. THE QUESTION WAS ASKED THE OTHER DAY WHETHER OR NOT YOU SHOULD COME UP ON YOUR TOES. THE ANSWER IS YES. DURING THIS PULL, YOU ARE SNAPPING FROM A TAUGHT MIDLINE WITH THE BAR JUST OVER YOUR KNEES, TO A STANCE OF OPEN HIPS, SHRUGGED SHOULDERS, AND FOOT EXTENSION. YOUR BODY SHOULD ANGLE BACK TO A SLIGHT DEGREE AND THE BAR SHOULD DRAG RIGHT UP YOUR TORSO.
