040312 WOD TUESDAY OPEN GYM 4-7P

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO DIDN'T SEE ON THE SCHEDULE, WE WILL BE DOING A 9AM AND NOON GROUP SESSION TOMORROW AT THE BOX.

IN THE AFTERNOON, WE WILL HAVE OPEN GYM FROM 4-7P.

STRENGTH:

EVERY MINUTE ON THE MINUTE FOR 10 MINUTES, PERFORM 3 PUSH PRESS

YOU MAY QUICKLY ADJUST WEIGHT BETWEEN SETS.
