Crappy Easter...
It turns out that Annie's laid back attitude isn't just a personality trait. This morning she was extremely lethargic. I scheduled an appointment with the emergency animal hospital in Oakdale. Prior to the appointment, her conditions got worse and I ended up racing her in early. Unfortunately, our little pup went into cardiac arrest as I was carrying her in. The nurses brought her back several times, but their further attempts were futile. Annie passed away. Naturally, Erin and I aren't in the best of spririts. We were just starting to get attatched. The Vet I brought her to believed that she may have gotten ill from something at the foster home she was at. Hopefully, we'll be able to rebound and try to find our CFG mascot sometime in the future.

ALRIGHT LADIES AND GENTS. EXCELLENT JOB ON YESTERDAY'S WOD. I'VE GOT SOME THING AGGRESSIVE LINED UP FOR US TODAY... THE LAST TIME I DID THIS WORKOUT WAS IN NEW LONDON DURING THE WINTER IN 10 DEGREE WEATHER. I RAN THE 400 M WITH MY SHIRT OFF (NATURALLY) BECAUSE I WAS SO OVERHEATED FROM THE PREVIOUS WORK.
