JUST A FEW MUDDER SHOTS
Here's just a few shots of Tough Mudder and our very own Jason Combs. I highly recommend one of these challenges to everyone. If nothing else, Tough Mudder illuminates our body's true work capacity. Everytime you perform a brutal workout in the box, you can always say, "Well, at least it's not that bad." I'm extremely proud of Jason and his friends Adam and Smiddy that completed the course as well. Hopefully, we catch these guys in the box sooner than later. As usual my coworkers impressed me as well coming in well below the average time of 4 hours. Not bad for a bunch of dudes that struggled to complete a 5k less than a year ago. Great job everybody!

THESE ARE SEPERATE BUSINESSES RUN BY SEPARATE OWNERS WITH SEPARATE LEVELS OF KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND EXPERIENCE. I'LL SAY IT AGAIN, IT IS CRUCIAL TO TAKE YOUR TIME, ANALYZE YOUR TRAINER, AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY KNOW HOW TO SCALE TO A LEVEL THAT YOU ARE COMFORTABLE WITH.
3) PEOPLE WHO TRIED TO TEACH THEMSELVES CROSSFIT WITHOUT UTILIZING A TRAINER WITH THE PROPER KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION. THESE DYNAMIC AND FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENTS REQUIRE TECHNIQUE. IF YOU DON'T LEARN AND EXECUTE THESE MOVES PROPERLY, YOU WILL HURT YOURSELF.
