I'm sure that many of you notice that I occasionally don't post the WOD. This is intentional in case you were wondering. I think it's important that you walk into the gym blind without psyching yourselves out for the event of the day. After a nice skill/strength day yesterday, it's time to get down and dirty with a mean metcon.
